BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, County of Clark~ State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in the Mayor's Conference Room 404, City-County
Buildings jeffersonville~ Indiana, on the 82nd day of October 1988 at
9:30 A.M. for the purpose of considering and determining whether an
emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1988.

Construction Materials, Land, Etc.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the
City of jeffereonville, Indiana~ is hereby ordered and directed to
give notice as provided by law.
