CONFIRMING RESOLUTION DECLARING AN AREA TO BE AN
ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the city of jeffersonville
has previously adopted Resolution No. 89-R-16 at its regular
meeting on August 2, 1989, wherein it designated the property
more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto as an
Economic Revitalization Area under the provisions of I.C.
6-1.1-12.1 et seq; and
WHEREAS, this resolution has been filed in the office of
the Clark county Assessor and notice of this resolution has
been published in accordance with Indiana Code5-3-1 setting
forth that a public hearing on' this matter shall b~ set for
September 5, 1989, at the common Council regular meeting prior
to final action modifying, confirming, or rescinding the
declaratory resolution of the Council; and
