BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in City Council Chambers~ City-County Building,
Jeffersonvilie, Indiana, on the 5th day of July 1989 at 7:30 P.M. for
the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency exists
for the passage of an Ordinance making the following appropriations in
addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 1989.

Police Salaries
Police Other Garage & Motor Supplies
Police Radio & Communications Equipment

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the Clerk and Treasurer of the
City of Jeffersonville~ Indiane~ is hereby ordered and directed to
give notice as provided by law.
