BE IT RESOLVED by:the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Cla'rk~ State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in the Council Chambers~ City-County Buitding~
Jeffersonville~ Indiana~ on the 3rd day of April~ i989, at ?:30
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage o~ an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to'the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1989.
GENERAL FUND
Appropriation from the Genera~ Fund

Police Vehicles and Equipment
Fire House Roof

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the Clerk and Treasurer of ·the

give notice as provided by law.
