ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-2, RESIDENTIAL, TO I-2, INDUSTRIAL
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning ordinance be amended
in that the property in the name of Wyandot, Inc., herein
described, is reclassified and rezoned from R-2, Residential,
to I-2, industrial:
Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 in the Town of Claysburg
(now city of jeffersonville) in Kirby's Subdivision, a
part of survey No. 8 of the Illinois Grant in the 1700
block of Green Street.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
timely passage, promulgation and approval by the Mayor.
