ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-2, RESIDENTIAL, TO B-l, LOCAL BUSINESS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning ordinance be amended
in that the property inthe name of Wesley United Methodist
Church, herein described, is reclassified and rezoned from
R-2, Residential, to B-l, Local Business:
Lot No. 10 in Block 13 in the New Claysburg Subdivision,
Section 1, in the 1200 block of Locust Street.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
timely passage, promulgation and approval by the Mayor.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, on the /~ day of
