ORDINANCE NO. 89-OR-A1
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
jeffersonville~ Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
within each department be transferred as indicated.
