ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have determined that a
surplus of funds now exitsts in the Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund and;
WHEREAS~ it is
