ORDINANCE NO. 87-0R-53, SECTION 10, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville is desirous of
amending said ordinance in the best interest of the Building Commission of the City
and its office of operation with inspections conducted as to proper function to
promote public safety and welfare of the structures built within the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common CounCil of the City of
Jeffersonville amends said ordinance of which all regulations and fees shall apply
henceforth throughout the city limits and its corporate boundaries.
