ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING cERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENI
to
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items~ and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department

to pay this additional amount.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
jeffersonville~ Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
within each department be transferred as indicated.
