AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF jEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS,
Ohio has completed
of the City of
American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati,
the 1988 S-~ Supplement to the Code of OrdinanCes
jeffersonville, which supplement contains all
ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to
the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and
WHEREAS~ said American Legal Publishing
recommended the revision er addition of certain sectione
of Ordinances which are based on or make references

SECTION I. That the 1988 S-2 Supplement

attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if
set out in its entirety.
SECTION II. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
