HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-R-45 RESOLUTION NO. 90-R-~F/ CONFIRMING RESOLUTION DECLARING AN AREA TO BE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville has previously adopted Resolution No. 90-R-44 at its regular meeting on November ~, 1990, wherein it designated the property more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as an Economic Revitalization Area under the provisions of I.C. 6-1.1-12.1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this resolution has been filed in the office of the Clark County Assessor and notice of this resolution has been published in accordance with Indiana Code 5-3-1 setting forth that a public hearing on this matter shall be set for November 26, 1990, at the Common Council regular meeting prior to final action modifying, confirming, or rescinding the declaratory resolution of the Council; and WHEREAS, said public Common Council's regular remonstrators who believe designating action opportunity to be law.
