of jeffersonville;
WE DO HEREBY OFFER:
1)To organize and schedule Clergy from the jeffersonville city
area to provide a brief (2 minutes)"Prayer of Invocation" at the start
of the regular meetings of the jeffersonville City Council. These Clergy
could include members of the Association, area Pastors, residents, noted
visitors to the city, and will in all cases-seek to be inclusive of
belief, race, age, sex, and residence;
2)To provide a representative of the Association to act as Co-ordina
and Contact Person for the program, and will notify the Council of the
scheduled Clergy, at least three months in advance;
3)To join with the Council in an annual review and evaluation of
the program.on, or shortly before, October of each year;
4)To begin the schedule of Clergy with the Council meeting of Octobs
20th, 1990; ~'
FURTHER:
That program be known as the Association's "Council Prayer Progra~
