Performance Agreement
This agreement for the personal services of musicians for the performance
described herein is made on March 25 2023, between Elizabeth Carter hereafter
called PRESENTER, and Hippies & Cowboys, hereafter called ARTIST.

AGENT PROVISIONS:
1. Long Run Management, LLC is not a party to this contract and is not liable to any
breeches that occur herein.
2. No changes may be made in this contact without permission of artist and presenter.
3. The agent signing this contract warrants authority to do so as the duly authorized
agent for the artist and assumes no personal liability herein.
ARTIST PROVISIONS:
1 . The artist is an independent contractor and no employer/employee relationship exists
between artist and presenter.
2. This performance may be recorded, broadcast, photographed, or videotaped with
artists written permission.
MISCELLANEOUS:
1. This is a mutually binding agreement and may be cancelled by either party if agreed
to in writing by both parties.
2. This contract and attached riders contain the entire agreement between the parties
and no statements, promises, inducements, or covenants not contained herein shall be
binding on either party.
3. The person signing this agreement for the presenter warrants his/her authority to do so
in their representative capacity and assumes no personal liability.
4. The ability of either party to perform shall be subject to prove Acts of God, civil
tumult, strikes, epidemics, or acts of public authority. Artist's ability shall further be
subject to proven detention due to illness, accidents, and accidents t transportation,
tr nsportation, or equipment failure.
