Mr. Merkley presented the policy: Dock Policy For Thunder Over Louisville In the Event Docks

high water along the Ohio River. His recommendation is to adopt a policy addressing this
situation. The policy states in the event the docks cannot be used during Thunder Over
Louisville, the highest and winning bidder for the docks shall be given the first opportunity to
use the docks in the following year's event provided the bidder pays the same amount they did
for the prior year and the payment is made at least 10 days before the following year's auction
takes place.
Mr. Crouch made a motion to approve the policy and Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion
passed, 3-0.
