Artist Engagement Contract
Agreement made on 4/5/24 between Flow Tribe(hereinafter referred to as"Artist")and City of Jeffersonville
(hereinafter referred to as"Purchaser"). It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
The Purchaser hereby engages the Artist and the Artist hereby agrees to perform the engagement hereinafter
provided,upon all of the terms and conditions herein set forth, including those hereof entitled"Additional Terms
and conditions:

7.MERCHANDISE: 100%to artist,artist sells.
8.PAYMENT STIPULATIONS:
All deposits shall be paid by check,money order,bank draft as follows:
Deposit of$2,000.00 payable to Caye Interests,Inc upon signing.
Balance in the amount$2,000.00payabie by check or cash to Flow Tribe LLC and given to K.0 0' Rorke
All payments shall be made in full without any deductions,rain or shine provided Artist is ready and willing
to perform.
9.ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Purchaser to provide the following at no cost to the Artist:
Sound, lights.
3 double rooms for night of event.
