MINUTES
March 20,2024
PRESENT(IN PERSON): Mayor Mike Moore, Clark Miles Street Commissioner, Rob Waiz Redevelopment

PRESENT(VIRTUAL):
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's
Conference Room in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website.
Clark Miles and Rob Waiz served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from March 13,
2024. Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll. Mr. Miles seconded the
motion; motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Larry Wallace-Review of quotes for milling and paving of the City Hall parking lot— Mr.
Wallace advised Sun Properties is going to mill and pave the whole parking lot. They
received 3 quotes that they sent to him for the City's portion:
• Libs Paving - $108,280
• Flynn Brothers-$122,865.37
• Striegel Paving- $95,500
Mr. Wallace advised it had been 17 years since the parking lot had been repaved.
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the lowest quote from Striegel Paving in the amount
of$95,500. Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
Mayor Moore encouraged everyone to go get a skin check.
ATTORNEYS REPORT:
Mr. Merkley stated he had nothing for the attorneys report.
