Description Total
cleaning of Jeffersonville Police building $1,925.00
Cleaning of external of Police building locate at 2218 E. 10th street. !will use industry standard
algicide solution where possible on brick areas to clean. This building will require specialty
cleaner to be used on the columns and overhead area over entrance way, and on the back near
the bay doors, as this material can not be safely cleaned with the industry standard typical
algicide, and can be damaged by using such. I will apply specialty cleaner, and use a brush
where needed, on this area and the other non brick areas around the building. Please reach out
if any questions about this quote or concerns, cleaning method or solutions needed to safely
and effectively complete this complex job. I do use a rinse agent on windows that typically
leave windows clean and looking good, however does not provide a completely streak free clean
as provided by a professional who specializes in window cleaning. The concrete area containing
the picnic tables are included in this as well.
