II. BILLING
Billing for all advertising,marketing materials,announcements,marquees,etc.shall be billed as follows;

IV. HOTEL ROOMS/ TRAVEL
Hotel rooms will not be needed for overnight stay at this time.If you want to offer 2/3 to relax between soundcheck and
showtime,we would use for the day.
Dinner for crew between and soundcheck and show.Local warm food is fine.Green room on location that day for band to eat
and refresh/etc before concert?Can you provide us some food/drinks and snacks there for us?Bottle water,coffee&blue
powerade,nuts,chips,Snickers,veggie tray.Anything like that is appreciated.
V. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Show is open to the public.NO tickets needed for Artist. If there is a VIP section,we would request 10 for family.
VI. FOOD AND DRINKS
UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
a. Food/Bottled Water/Powerade provided to band and crew.
b. Dinner provided after sound check for band and sound crew.
c. Dinner will be on location.(7 total)
e. Provide(2)6-8ft.tables, 1 chair?For Merchandise.We have tent.
VII. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
SOUND PROVIDED BY Jeffersonville Riverstage.
Stage Plot can be provided closer to the event. Email contact below for stageplot.
We also have videos for each song on JD's show setlist. Can we get contact for who runs the screen
during shows. We will utilize the video screen during show.

2024 Jeffersonville Riverstage
AGREEMENT FOR ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 20th day of January 2024,by and between J.D.Shelburne hereinafter referred to
as Artist&Booking Agent and Tara Young,herein after referred to as event coordinator.
1.The Artist&Booking Agent does hereby agree to provide musical entertainment services for the 12th day of July 2024 as follows:
A.Event:Jeffersonville Riverstage Headline Performance 5-piece band concert
B.Location: W Riverside Dr,Jeffersonville,IN 47129
C.Set up time:Soundcheck&Load in TBA
D.Show time:8:30pm
E.Length of sets or show:JD Shelburne performance—90 min headline set.
2.The Promoter agrees to pay to the Artist the sum of$7,000.00 Dollars,guaranteed,for the agreed upon musical entertainment
provided on the agreed upon date. Said sum shall be paid to the Artist by check or money order made payable to:J.D.Shelburne
Music LLC.No deposit needed.Payment due the day of the show.
Additional payment terms:
• RAIN OUT CLAUSE:If the band shows up on premises Tara Young/Jeffersonville Riverstage Committee cancels the concert
same day as show due to rain,100%is paid to band.If they are in route to venue,and the committee calls to cancel,Tara Young/
Jeffersonville Riverstage Committee must pay 100%to the band.This will cover our travel costs/date hold for session players.
Also,if the committee is forced to cancel the event for any reason after 4/01/24,then the committee owes the artist full amount of
$5,000 for date hold.This will pay the band and crew.
3.The Riverstage will provide the PA system&lights&video screen.
4.The sound company will setup the sound.
5.Merchandise will be approved. 100%of sales to the artist.
6.It is imperative the JD gets a 1 hour load/soundcheck 4 hours before concert begins.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE CONTRACT AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED
HEREIN AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS PROVISIONS AND HAVE RECEIVED A DUPLICATE COPY OF THIS CONTRACT.
