Jeffersonville Riverstage Performance Contract
The undersigned Performer and Producer agree on this date being the 8r1'of February,2024 to the following terms and conditions for
engagement of artist performance in accordance herein described.

PERFORMANCE DETAILS

and curfew.
Producer and/or production manager shall have the final authority
on all decisions regarding safety of performer(s),production crew,
equipment and facility.
Performer shall be responsible for all licenses,taxes and other such
required professional or civil provisions that may apply to their
performance,mechanical license,copyright,trademark and such not

this agreement.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event that the performance is cancelled due to weather,the
performer shall retain all payments in accordance with this contract.
