RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, APPROVING THE
INTEREST RATES REGARDING THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS (JEFFERSONVILLE PUBLIC
WAREHOUSE, INC. PROJECT), SERIES 1990, IN THE
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $4,370,000
WHEREAS, by Ordinance enacted by the Common Council of the
of jeffersonville, Indiana, on March 19, 1990, the City of
Economic Development Refunding Revenue
Project), Series 1990
sold as set forth
therein; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provided that the interest rate on
the Bonds would not exceed 18% per annum and that the interest
rates would be determined by resolution of the Council; and
WHEREAS, the interest rates for such Bonds have been agreed
upon by the City, jeffersonville Public Warehouse, Inc., and
Johnston, Brown, Burnett & Knights Inc., underwriter of the Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Common Council
of the City of jeffersonvil!e as follows:
1. That as provided in the Ordinance, the City hereby approves
and determines that the interest rate on the Bonds shall be
as set forth below:

2. That all other terms of the Bond, including principal
repayment, shall be as set forth in the Ordinance and the
Trust Indenture approved therein.
3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its
adoption.
