JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, AS "ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREAS"
WHEREAS, it
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of
Indiana, recognizes the need to stimulate

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City is vested with the
authority to designate certain areas of the City to be economic
revitalization areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,~that:
The following area be declared and
designated as an
economic revitalization area:
An area beginning at the intersection of Tenth Street and
Walnut Street, running north on Walnut Street to Twelfth
Street, then running east on Twelfth Street to
Pennsylvania Avenue, then running north on Pennsylvania
Avenue to the northern boundary of certain real property
owned by LaRoche, Industries, Inc., then running east
to Dutch Lane, then running south on Dutch Lane to Tenth
Street, and running west on Tenth Street to its point of
beginning. This area is further identified by the map
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Pursuant to the provisions of Indiana law, this area is
hereby designated by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville as an Economic Revitalization Area.
