JEFFERSONVILLE-CHARLESTOWN PIKE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY ENGINEERING AND RIGHT-OF-WAY SERVICES
JEFFERSONVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
JEFFERSONVILLE,INDIANA
This Supplemental Agreement made and entered into this day of , 2024, by and
between the City of Jeffersonville, IN, acting by and through its duly appointed Redevelopm nt Commission
(OWNER), and Jacobi,Toombs and Lanz,Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1829 E. Spring Street, Suite 201, New
Albany,Indiana 47150 (CONSULTANT),
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the OWNER and the CONSULTANT did, on November 18, 2020, enter into an
agreement providing necessary Professional Engineering Services required in connection with the Survey and
Design of the Jeffersonville-Charlestown Pike Reconstruction,Segment 1,and,
WHEREAS, the OWNER and the CONSULTANT did, on December 22, 2021, enter into a
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 providing necessary Professional Engineering Services for the Design of the
Watson Water Main relocation as a result of the construction of Jeffersonville-Charlestown Pike Reconstruction
(Segment 1),Utica-Sellersburg Road Reconstruction,and Charlestown Pike Reconstruction (Segment 2),and,
WHEREAS,the original November 18,2020 agreement identified unit prices for estimated numbers of
parcels prior to any survey or design services with caveat statements that "the final cost for Right-of-Way
Engineering Services may be less or more once the final number of parcels is known" and "the final cost for
Right-of-Way Services may be less or more once the final number of parcels is known," and,
WHEREAS, survey and design services have been completed and the final number of parcels is now
known.
NOW THEREFORE,it is agreed by and between the parties hereto to the following additions or changes
in the agreement:
