NRSEI Training Proposal
Agreement:
The Agreement by and between Norse Tactical LLC "The Contractor" and Jeffersonville Police
Department/City of Jeffersonville, IN "The Client"and collectively'"The Parties"as of this
Day of 2023 the Contractor agrees to provide the listed services
within the 2023-2024 Calendar Year,subject to availability of scheduling and the client agrees to pay in
full prior to final schedule confirmation and initiation of services for Comprehensive Training
Package,the Full Sum of:THIRTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY THREE and 00/100
DOLLARS ($39,693.00).
*Cancellations:
• Team Training Days:30 days notice is required
o Each team will be given a I day allotment for cancellations without penalty. After that, a$200
rescheduling fee will be invoiced for each cancellation inside the 30-day window.
• Supplemental Range Days: 14 days notice is required. If notice is given inside this 14-day window, a
$100 rescheduling fee will be invoiced.
• Facility Rentals: 14 Days notice is required. If notice is given inside this 14-day window, a$100
rescheduling fee will be invoiced.
The Parties agree that all questions regarding specifics of the services have been satisfied respectively
to the questioning party and agree that all terms and conditions herein are acceptable to the mutual
benefit of the Parties.
IN WITNFSS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands,or where said party is an entity,have
caused these present to be duly executed by duly empowered persons thereof, pursuant to proper
