RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY TO MAINTENANCE OF
COURT AVENUE TRAFFIC ISLANDS
WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Common Council has previously
approved a claim equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total
construction cost improvements to the Court Avenue traffic
islands and the entrance plaza off of 1-65 at Exit 0 as
to
the
year as an inducement
important project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE
proposed by the Jeffersonville-Clarksville Rotary Club; and,
WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Common Council further agreed
pay twenty percent (20%) of the annual maintenance cost in
estimated amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per
to the Rotary Club to undertake this

IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville that it hereby agrees to appropriate
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) in the fiscal
1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996 as its share toward the
of the improvements to be constructed by the
Jeffersonville-Clarksville Rotary Club for the Court Avenue
traffic islands and the entrance plaza off of 1-65 at Exit 0.
Said funds shall be made available upon approval of a proper
claim, and it is anticipated that said funds shall be paid in
full in June of each year.
