RESOLUTION ADOPTING OFFICIAL CITY STREET
AND ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
and Lanz, Inc., and the
Associates, have been
Jeffersonville to 'prepare
WHEREAS, the consulting engineering firm of Jacobi, Toombs
financial ~dviser, H~ J. Umbaugh &
commissioned by the City of
a status report for the capital
improvement projects currently underway for street and road
projects in the City of jeffersonville; and,
WHEREAS, the common Council of the City of jeffersonville
has had adequate opportunity to review the report prepared by
such consultants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville that it finds said report to be
informative, useful, and beneficial to the City of
Jeffersonville, and hereby adopts the same as the official
street and road reconstruction improvement plan for the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, pending further order, resoluti6n, or
ordinance of this body.
