RESOLUTION ADOPTING OFFICIAL CITY STREET
AND ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS,
and Lanz, Inc.,
Associates, have
jeffersonville to
the consulting engineering firm of Jacobi, Toombs
and the financial adviser, H. J. umbaugh &
been commissioned by the City of
prepare a status report for the capital
improvement projects currently underway for street and road
projects in the City of jeffersonville; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
has had adequate opportunity to review the report prepared by
such consultants.
NOW, THEREFORE,
the City of jeffersonville
informative, useful, and
jeffersonville, and hereby
beneficial
adopts the
street and road reconstruction improvement
jeffersonville, Indiana, pending further order,
ordinance of this body.
