AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 1
This Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 1 is an amendment to and made part of the Master
Agreement dated April 19, 2023, by and between the City of Jeffersonville, hereinafter referred to as
"CLIENT" and Lochmueller Group, Inc., hereinafter referred to as"CONSULTANT". This Amendment No.
1 to Task Order No. 1 presents the scope of services,costs,and schedule.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the CLIENT and CONSULTANT did on May 4, 2023, enter into Task Order No. 1 to provide "as-
needed"general services for the CLIENT, and
WHEREAS,the CLIENT desires to continue to provide services,and
WHEREAS, in order to compensate CONSULTANT to continue to provide additional services, it is
necessary to amend and supplement the original Task Order,and
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between both parties that Task Order No. 1. be amended as
follows:
I. Item C.PAYMENT of Task Order No. 1 is modified as follows:
CONSULTANT shall receive compensation for providing the services set forth on page 1 of the General
Services Agreement on an hourly rate basis in accordance with the hourly rate schedule attached hereto
as Exhibit "1" and incorporated herein by reference. The total fee shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars($150,000.00) unless an Amendment to this Task Order is approved in writing by both
parties.
Except as herein modified, changed and amended, all terms and conditions of the original General
Agreement dated April 19, 2023 and Task Order No. 1 dated May 4,2023 shall continue in full force and
effect.
This Amendment No. 1 to Task Order No. 1 increases the initial not-to-exceed total of $75,000.00 by
$75,000.00 to a new no -to-exceed otal of$150,000.00.
