AGREEMENT made this 14th day of AUGUST, 2023 between TUESDAY'S GONE(hereinafter referred to as"ARTISTS')
and JEFFERSONVILLE PARKS DEPARTMENT (hereinafter referred to as-PURCHASER") It is mutually agreed between
the parties as follows: The PURCHASER hereby engages the ARTISTS and the ARTISTS hereby agrees to perform the
engagement hereinafter provided, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth. The Artists are engaged severally on
the terms and conditions on the face hereof. The leader, manager,or representative represents that the Artists already
designated have agreed to be bound by said terms and conditions.
Each Artist may enforce this agreement.The Artists jointly and severally agree to he hound by the terms of this contract and
to render services under the undersigned leader, manager, or representative. Any attached rider(s)that follow are hereby
inco orated into this contract. _

Payment Terms:
Gross Price Agreed Upon: k $6,000
Deposit due upon signing of the contract: $900(15%)
Balance to Artists on date of performance: 55,100
Terms and Conditions: The Purchaser shall at all times have reasonable supervision, direction and control over the services of
Artists for this engagement. If any Artists have not been chosen upon signing of this contract, the leader shall. as agent for the
purchaser and under his instructions, hire replacement musicians as required. The agreement of the Artists to perform is subject
to proven detention by sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions set beyond
their control. The Purchaser or the Artists, their leader, manager, or representative are an Association. Company, Partnership or
any entity other than an individual the person signing for the Purchaser or the Artists agrees to be personally, jointly and severalty
liable for the terms of this contract. The purchaser is responsible for filing IRS Form 1099, if applicable, on all payments made to
Artists under this contract. The purchaser shall be responsible for any damage which occurs to the Artist's equipment during the
engagement. if said damage is caused by either the Purchaser or any person(s) attending the engagement either as a guest or
member. Purchaser agrees to provide professional grade production (FOH sound and lighting) and engineer to Artists. Should
Purchaser be forced to cancel or postpone performance due to bad weather, or any other uncontrollable circumstance,
Purchaser agrees to pay Artist full balance owed before conclusion of DOS (day of show). If performance and/or event must be
rescheduled in order to take place, a seperate and new agreement shall be made and adhered to by both parties
"NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING DEPOSIT: 15% deposit of gross to be paid either via mailed check, or ACH direct
deposit. If paid by check, check should be made out to"Tuesday's Gone Band" and mailed to' Ryan King, 4105 US 401 Hwy N.
Louisburg, NC 27549. If made by ACH credit/direct deposit, use the following banking information WOODFOREST NATIONAL
BANK, Routing number 053112592, Account number 1518002348. Purchaser agrees to pay deposit in full using one of : ese
methods within ten (10) business days of signing contract. When promoting this show/event, please use"Tuesday's Gone; a
Classic Skynyrd Reenactmynt" (purposely spelled with a"Y") and refrain from using the word "Tribute", or labeling the band as
a tribute. tribute band, tribute act, etc.).
Band Rider; Purchaser agrees to provide Artists the following:
4 (four) double hotel rooms, or approved alternate lodging within 10 miles of performance location.
Parking to accomodate 45 foot long tour bus, with clearance to run generator for duration of stay,both at performance location
and hotel/lodging location
One large cooler with ice, easily accessible from stage, containing a mixture of bottled water, Gatorade, Monster Energy Drinks.
Free alcoholic beverages to band members only.
If venue has food available, one free meal for each band/crew member. If food is not available at venue, a meal buyout payable
in cash of$20 •-r band and crew member,to be issued no later than the conclusion of sound check.
