RE: New Chapel Sidewalk Phase III
Please accept our acquisition services proposal for a thirteen parcel road
project through Jacobi, Toombs and Lanz, Inc. We will provide the acquisition
of the property and or easements necessary to provide area for the construction
of the road improvement for the thirteen parcels at a cost of $2030.00 per parcel
which brings the total price to $26,390.00 This price will also include the transfer and
recording fees for the parcels.
Thank you for your consideration of our proposal and we look forward to working
with the city and JTL on this project.
