EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Comes now the Jeffersonville Sanitary Board (hereinafter called "Board") and
comes now Johnna Anderson (hereinafter called "Paralegal"), and agree as follows:
1. That pursuant to I.C. 36-9-23-9 Paralegal shall be employed as Paralegal
for the Board, effective July 1, 2023.
2. That Paralegal shall be compensated the sum of$5,000.00 annually, which
shall be paid in equal monthly payments.
3. That Paralegal's duties and responsibilities shall be those assigned by
Attorney for the Board in reference to legal matters and any other legal matters, with the
exception of litigation. Paralegal shall be supervised and report to the Attorney for the
Board. Work on any pending or future litigation matters shall be the subject of a separate
agreement.
4. That this contract shall terminate at the will of either party upon written
notice.
