We are pleased to respond to your inquiry for a proposal to perform Land Surveying services for the above-
mentioned project. Based on the preliminary project overview, via email correspondence and phone
conversations,we propose the following:
• Control Survey: Horizontal control will be established utilizing the NAD83 Indiana State Plane East
Zone. Vertical Control will be established utilizing NAVD88 datum.
• Topographic Survey: Locations of trees, roads,sidewalks,utilities marked by 811, spot elevations,
storm/sanitary sewers and other general topographic features will be compiled.
• Title 865 Retracement Survey: All Boundary corners will be marked, Survey Plat and Surveyor's
Report will be prepared.
• Data Submission: A CAD file and digital terrain model will be submitted in 2023 Carlson/Intellicad
2019 format. These formats should easily be converted to comparable software. A PDF of the
Retracement survey will also be provided.
Cost for these services shall not exceed $12,000.00
We Expect to begin this project no later than two weeks after a signed proposal has been returned.
