A RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that
the following described parcel of property be sold as surplus property after proper
advertisement.
Being a part of Surveys #8 and #9 of the Illinois Grant to
Clark County, Indiana, same being part of Parcel 4 recorded
in Deed Drawer 24, Instrument 1325 of said county records,
and being further described as follows:
Part of what was fonuefly a 60 foot wide Penn Central
Railroad, Louisville Branch identified as Line Code 8333 in
Deed Drawer 10, Instrument 11323 of said county records,
lying north of the north Right-of-Way line of Hamburg Pike
(60 foot Right-of-Way) (at raikoad stationing 116+00, more
or less) to the line dividing Surveys #9 and #19 (railroad
stationing 141+58.7).
Containing 3.5 acres, more or less, and being subject to all
legal highways and easements of record.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Clark
