BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville~ County of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Comm~n
Council will meet in Council Chambers, City-County Building,
jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 5th day of October, 1992 at 9:SO P.M.~
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1992.
