PUBLICATION OF
COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
WHEREAS, it is the obligation of the Jeffersonville City
Council to provide the citizens of the community notice of

community to have a well informed electorate.
WHEREAS, the cost of purchasing advertising space in the

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
by the Common Cour~cil of
the City of Jeffersonville that the Jeffersonville City Clerk-
Treasurer is authorized to purchase advertising space in the
Jeffersonville Evening News not to exceed the cost of
Eighty Dollars ($80.00).
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Jeffersonville
City Clerk Treasurer shall submit the agenda for publication
immediately upon the preparation thereof.
