Event Sponsor Benefit Details:
- Event setup times &details for the day of event will be sent out two weeks
prior to day of show TBD 2023.
- Event area for security purposes will be closed to the public day of event and
gates will not open until 5pm.
- Company Representative On-Stage Presence will be directed by event
coordinator in accordance with artist and production timeline /lineup.
- Company banner style&location placement at event must be approved and
will be specific to 10X10 booth space and company VIP space.
- Company Booth will be 10x10 space on vendor row,located on Riverside
drive with other vendors and artist merchandise.
- All promotional event advertising/ marketing included but not limited to,
banners,commercial spots, logos etc. must be approved by City Of
Jeffersonville and potentially artist management group or record label prior
to launch.
- Sponsor will be included as a supporting Bronze level sponsor of Jammin In
Jeff at the RiverStage Concert Series, Holiday Events,Cruise-In &Steamboat
Nights.
- Sponsors.15 or.30 second commercial spot to be shown in rotation at
Jammin In Jeff Concerts throughout the 2023 season.
Payment Terms:
• Sponsorship Totals: Total Amount Due: $12,000.00
• All City Partner Sponsorship payments are required upon execution of this
agreement.
• All checks should be made payable to City Of Jeffersonville,Attn: City
Partners Program
• Mailing Address: Attn:Jeffersonville Parks Department. 500 Quartermaster
Ct.Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties,
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations,
understandings, or agreements. This Agreement may be modified only by a written
amendment signed by both parties.
Headings, Attachments, and Exhibits: The headings contained in this Agreement are for
reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this
Agreement. Any attachments and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be construed as an
integral part of this Agreement.
Waiver: The failure on the part of either party to enforce its rights as to any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision in
the future.

Assignment: This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the prior
written consent of the other unless such assignment shall be to the affiliate or successor of
either party.
Authority to Contract: Each party warrants and represents that it has power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations, including any
payment obligations,under this Agreement.
Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Indiana.
Severability: Should any part of this Agreement for any reason,be declared invalid or void,
such declaration will not affect the remaining portion which will remain in full force and
effect as if the Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly executed this Agreement effective as of the
date first above written.
