Event&Sponsor Details:
Includes Vending$2.5K Vending Sponsor Package.As a Vending Sponsor you will
have the ability to market and sell Heritage Ventures Pizza&Toasted Pineapple out
of a custom split vending trailer at select events or event series listed above.Contact
Jeffersonville Parks Event Manager at 502-285-6440 for vending dates and
scheduling.
Your logos will appear on any event printed promotional material or digital menu
boards,our LED screen&you will gain live mentions at our events by our emcee.
Additionally per vending agreement Heritage Ventures Pizza dba Jet's Pizza&JG
Events dba The Toasted Pineapple Snack Shack will both pay 10%of sales from each
vending event throughout the 2023 event season to The City Of Jeffersonville.
Heritage Ventures Pizza/Jets Pizza will be the official pizza of the Jeffersonville
RiverStage&2023 community events listed above for the 2023 event season and have
the first right of refusal vs their Pizza competitors for a platinum naming events
sponsorship in 2024 should one become available prior to negotiation of 2024 vending
sponsorship opportunities.

Payment Terms:
• All City Partner Event Sponsorship payments are required upon execution of
this agreement.
Sponsorship Payment Details:
It is agreed that Heritage Ventures Pizza will submit one payment of$1,250.00&
The Toasted Pineapple will submit one payment of$1,250.00.Totaling$2,500.00.
Both payments listed above are due on or before-July 10th 2023.
• All checks should be made payable to City of Jeffersonville,Attn:City
Partners Program.

Jeffersonville Parks Department.
• For weekly vending payment details please contact Jeffersonville Parks
Department at 812-285-6440 and ask to be directed to the Special Events
Manager.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties,
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations,
understandings, or agreements. This Agreement may he modified only by a written
amendment signed by both parties.
Headings, Attachments, and Exhibits: The headings contained in this Agreement are for
reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this
Agreement. Any attachments and Exhibits to this Agreement shall he construed as an
integral part of this Agreement.
Waiver: The failure on the part of either party to enforce its rights as to any provision of
this Agreement shall not he construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision in
the future.
Assignment: This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the prior
written consent of the other unless such assignment shall be to the affiliate or successor of
either party.
Authority to Contract: Each party warrants and represents that it has power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations, including any
payment obligations,under this Agreement.
Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Indiana.
Severability: Should any part of this Agreement for any reason,be declared invalid or void,
such declaration will not affect the remaining portion which will remain in full force and
effect as if the Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
