Sponsor to provide value breakdown of advertisements and media breakdown for
this sponsorship value. Please include all live on air radio, radio ads,web,social
media,any scheduled on air interviews or any live on air day of event scheduled
broadcasts in your presentation.
Sponsor Benefits For The 2023 Event Season Include:
• Flash Light Easter Egg Hunt At Vissing Park- Opportunity to provide
station logos for digital signage, if available Opportunity to intro the egg hunt.
• Jammin In Jeff Concert Series- Opportunity for Stage Announcements-
pending talent availability Opportunity to utilize digital big screen for station
and sponsor signage. Client to provide (4) "Best Seats of the House" for each
participating show.

• Jeffersonville Goes Country- Exclusive Louisville Rights to announce show
via digital and on-air exposure. (4) Best Seats in the House for promotional
giveaway Exclusive WAMZ VIP Area for iHeartMedia to use at our discretion
(this will be in included in our sponsor VIP space) Opportunity to sell third-
party sponsors on WAMZ promotions that do not compete with City Of
Jeffersonville event sponsors. (Any third party sponsors must be approved
by City Of Jeffersonville prior to entering into any binding agreement)
Opportunity to utilize digital big screen for station and sponsor signage.
• Steamboat Nights- Opportunity to provide station signage to place around
venue via station banners and/or station vehicles. Opportunity for
iHeartMedia stations to be onsite pending station availability.
• Big Four BOO Fest-Social graphics for digital inclusion &High-Res logo for
digital inclusion.Additional Exposure: Opportunity to set up station
marketing booth to hand out candy at the event.
• Holiday Parade/ Light Up Jeffersonville-Opportunity to include station
vehicles in priority placement during Holiday parade.
In Kind Sponsorship Trade Recording Details:
• All City Partner In Kind Sponsorships are required to be recorded throughout
the season upon execution of this agreement. (Sponsoring Companies In Kind
Sponsor Funds Value Presentation is to be sent to, City of Jeffersonville Parks
referencing each project to dsimpson@cityofjeff.net
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties,
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications,representations,
understandings,or agreements.This Agreement may be modified only by a written
amendment signed by both parties.
Headings, Attachments, and Exhibits: The headings contained in this Agreement are for
reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this
Agreement. Any attachments and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be construed as an
integral part of this Agreement.
Waiver: The failure on the part of either party to enforce its rights as to any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision in
the future.
Assignment: This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the prior
written consent of the other unless such assignment shall be to the affiliate or successor of
either party.

Authority to Contract: Each party warrants and represents that it has power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations, including any
payment obligations,under this Agreement.
Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Indiana.
Severability: Should any part of this Agreement for any reason,be declared invalid or void,
such declaration will not affect the remaining portion which will remain in full force and
effect as if the Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly executed this Agreement effective as of the
date first above written.
