Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in Council Chambers, City-County Building,
Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 24th day of August, 1992 at 9:30 P.M.,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of
