RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING THE STRICT
ENFORCEMENT OF LIMITED TIME PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously enacted an ordinance removing
parking meters from the City of JefferSonville and replacing those with limit time parking
zone; and
WHEREAS, all parking meters have been removed and signs have been erected
designating the limit time parking zones.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville that the council strongly recommends that the Mayor's office and all
deparunents involved in enforcement of the limited time parking zones be diligent in
supervising, policing and otherwise enforcing the ordinance regulating parking in the City
of Jeffersonville.
