RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, County of Clark~ State of Indiana, that said Common
Council will meet in Council Chambers, City-County Building,
Jeffersonville~ Indiana~ on the 18th day of May~ 1992 at ?:30 P.M.,
purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal
year 1992.
AMOUNT REQUESTED
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND
Appropriation from the Cumulative Capital Development Fund
for the following:
Police Department Telephone System $ 16~948.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana~ is hereby ordered and directed to
give notice as provided by law.
