The Agreement by and between Norse Tactical LLC "The Contractor" and Jeffersonville Police Department /
City of Jeffersonville, IN "The Client" and collectively "The Parties" as of this Day of
2022 the Contractor agrees to provide the listed services within the 2022-2023
Calendar Year, subject to availability of scheduling and the client agrees to pay in full prior to initiation of
services for Comprehensive Training Package - Items 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 the Full Sum of: THIRTY SIX
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE and 26/100 DOLLARS ($36,555.26).
The Parties agree that all questions regarding specifics of the services have been satisfied respectively to the
questioning party and agree that all terms and conditions herein are acceptable to the mutual benefit of the
Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands, or where said party is an entity, have caused
these present to be duly executed by duly empowered persons thereof, pursuant to proper authority, to duplicate
originals the day, month and year first above written.
