RESOLUTION NO. 94~R-33
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
RIVERFRONT PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of JeffersOnville has issued a ReqUest For Proposals (RFP)
for lease of a 500 foot section of the City, s riverfront Commons Area; and
WHEREAS, the sole developer responding to that RFP was Ogden Entertainment
Services of Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement which has been written are i~n the
best interest of the City of Jeffersonville in that the leasing of the property will continue
to spur development of the Jeffersonville riverfront.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE, that the Riverfront lease agreement proposed by
Ogden Entertainment Services of Indiana for lease of 500 feet of the Jeffersonville
riverfront, Commons Area, a copy of Which is attached hereto, should be, and hereby is
approved.
ALL OF WHICH IS RESOLVED ON THE '7 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994.
