CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Mike Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Andy Crouch and Rob Waiz
served on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from November 2,2022.
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Les Merkley-Request for approval of 2023 City Holiday Calendar—Mr. Merkley advised this is
consistent with the Counties calendar for next year along with the holidays per our employee manual.
Mrs. Calabro confirmed that she reviewed this and is okay with it.
Mr.Crouch made the motion to adopt the 2023 City Holiday Calendar and Mr.Waiz seconded the
motion; motion passed,3-0.
