MINUTES
October 5,2022

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City
Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Amy Huffman and Clark Miles served
on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from September 28,2022.
Mrs. Huffman seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mrs. Huffman;motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS: •
1. Daniel Lathem with Dan Cristiani Excavating-Request for approval of partial road closure on
Eastern Blvd. in front of U-Haul to sawcut the road. Date for road closure currently not firm, but
will be within the next two(2)weeks—Mr. Lathem was present and advised the closure will be on
Hospitality Way but flaggers will be on Eastern Blvd directing traffic flow. Major Hubbard advised
he did not see an issue with this as long as they had the man power to direct the traffic during the
closure.
Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the closure and Mrs. Huffman seconded the motion; motion
passed, 3-0.
