RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER OF NONCOMPLIANCE FOR
1507 PRODUCTION ROAD LLC
WHEREAS,the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana has heretofore approved
a resolution granting tax abatement to 1507 Production Road LLC; and
WHEREAS, in order to claim the benefits of the granted tax abatement, 1507 Production Road
LLC is required to provide to the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana a
document denominated as a Compliance With.Statement Of Benefits Real Estate Improvements
(CF-1 RP) on or before May 15 of each year; and
WHEREAS, 1507 Production Road LLC prepared a CF-1 RP but failed to file a timely application
with the Clark County Auditor's Office and the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, all as required by Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et seq.; and
WHEREAS,;on October , 2022, after due publication of notice thereof, a public hearing was
held on the request of 1507 Production Road LLC to now waive noncompliance of 1507
Production Road LLC's CF-1 RP for calendar year 2022 pertaining to tax due in calendar year
2023; and
WHEREAS,after consideration of all information received at the aforementioned public hearing,
the Common.Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana finds that it is appropriate to grant a
waiver of noncompliance pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-11.3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana,'that:
1) Pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-11.3, the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana hereby waives compliance of the CF-1 RP for tax year 2022
payable 2023.
2) This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in accordance
with the law.
