RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER OF NONCOMPLIANCE FOR
GLOBAL PAYMENTS INC.
WHEREAS,the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana has heretofore approved
various resolutions granting tax abatement to Global Payments Inc.; and
WHEREAS, in order to claim the benefits of the granted tax abatement, Global Payments Inc. is
required to provide to the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana a document
denominated as a Compliance With'Statement Of Benefits Real Estate Improvements (CF-1 RP)
on or before May 15 of each year; and
WHEREAS, Global Payments Inc. prepared CF-1 RP forms but failed to file timely applications
with the Clark County Auditor's Office and the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, all as required by Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et seq.; and
WHEREAS,on October ,2022, after due publication of notice thereof, a public hearing was
held on the request of Global Payments Inc. to now waive noncompliance of Global Payments
Inc.'s CF-1 RP for calendar year 2020 pertaining to tax due in calendar year 2021 and Global
Payments Inc.'s CF-1 RP for calendar year 2021 pertaining to tax due in calendar year 2022; and
WHEREAS,after consideration of all information received at the aforementioned public hearing,
the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana finds that it is appropriate to grant a
waiver of noncompliance pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-11.3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana,that:
1) Pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-11.3, the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana hereby waives compliance of the CF-1 RP for tax year 2020
payable 2021 and CF-1 RP for tax year 2021 payable 2022.
2) This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in accordance
with the law.

Notice is hereby given that Global Payments Inc., 1507 Production Road LLC and.Leo Properties,.Inc. have
failed to timely file a Deduction Application for real property and have requested a Wavier of Non-
Compliance pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-11.3.Willintraling will be held CW Oct ber 3, 202

Ieffesanuille, Indiana at which time and place the Jeffersonville City Council will hear from all parties
who wish to present evidence in favor or against granting the Waiver. At the conclusion of the hearing,
the Jeffersonville City Council may or may not adopt a resolution waiving non-compliance.
