CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in City
Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the minutes from September 14, 2022.
Mr. Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr. Waiz; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Kevin Morlan-Request for approval to Change Order#2(final)for the 2021-2022 Community
Crossings Grant Funded Street Paving Project—Mr. Morlan advised this is the final Change Order
for the 2021-2022 Community Crossings Grant. This is a reduction in the amount of$30,289.10
Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the change order and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion;
motion passed, 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Moore advised that Jeffersonville will be playing Silver Creek on Friday.
