CALL TO ORDER: Redevelopment Director Rob Waiz called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's
Conference Room in City Hall. Rob Waiz led the meeting and Andy Crouch and Clark Miles sat on the board. The
meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from August 24,2022. Mr.
Miles seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr:Crouch; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Scott McVoy-Request for approval of contract between City of Jeff Police Department and Savor This
Catering for the Police Banquet on November 18,2022-Assistant Chief McVoy advised this contract is
for the catering for the Police Banquet,the money js in the budget and it is covered by funds that have
been donated.
Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the contract and Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion
passed,3-0.
2. Kim Calabro-Request for approval of two(2)contracts as follows:
-contract between the City and Wet Whistle Catering and Bartending, LLC for bartending services on
December 2,2022 for the City Employees Christmas Party
-contract between the City and Five.O Mobile Entertainment for DJ services on December 2,2022 for
the City Employees Christmas Party—Mrs. Calabro advised these contracts are for the annual employee
holiday party and there are funds;allocated in the budget to support the contracts.
Mr.Crouch made a motion to approve the contracts and Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion
passed,3-0.
