MINUTES
August 17,2022

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from August 10,2022.
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Elton Youart-Request for approval of Main Street Road.Closure, between Market and High
Streets from August 22-August 29,2022-Mr.Youart advised he is doing a project with Millennial
Builders and this is to allow them to tie into the sewer connection. They do not anticipate that it
will take the full time that is requested but will not know until they start the project. They do have
a detour and will set up lane closure notices as soon as it is approved.
Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the road closure and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion;
motion passed, 3-0.
